About Founder

Mr. Manish Sharma, the companys founder, is an engineer and former technical designer who is now an entrepreneur. He had always planned his professional path at a very young age, and while studying his secondary schooling, he did so by selecting the PCM subjects, which allowed him to select Mechanical engineering. In order to follow his love for business development in the future, he enrolled at Rajasthan University for a degree in the same discipline.

He was able to practice his hands-on design skills in his initial professional role, but he soon switched to sales to gain a better understanding of how to channel sales, which is a crucial component of any successful organization. He finds inspiration in some of the most illustrious figures in business, like Mr. Ratan Tata. Manish has an ambition of building an eco-system where everyone working for his companies benefits, including vendors, employees, consumers, clients, etc. This dream has been influenced by his perspective on building an empire.

Since the beginning of his career, the creator has been driven by a goal to study new businesses and growth tactics while also giving back to society. He has always worked to strike a balance between creating successful enterprises and empowering other young people by imparting the knowledge he has learned along the way. After the company had been established for five years, he immediately established a charitable trust called Fuel Your Skills and made sure the hierarchy in the organization adhered to the values and above virtue of information sharing. This was done to ensure that his company would follow this vision from the outset.

Process

The clients request is carefully and completely taken into account.
The client is given access to the expert team of engineers discussions and work on the actual proposal drawings and techno-commercial offer of their requirement.
The order is completed upon approval of the real proposal drawings and technological offer.
After the aforementioned is verified, AB and detailed GA drawings are sent to the client for approval.
Then the factory receives the fabrication designs and shop drawings for the subsequent fabrication procedure.
After that, the fabricated and manufactured materials are brought to the location.
The erection process begins after the entire piece of produced material is on location, according to the erection crew.
The site is only turned over to the client once the erection procedure is finished.
